Perth is getting its own equivalent of Ramsay Street, where an innovatively designed estate will encourage good neighbours to become good friends.

Watermark, a development in Champion Lakes by Yolk Property Group, is bringing the backyard to the front to make connection and camaraderie a priority for residents.

The developer intends to challenge the idea of what a front yard looks like by taking play, nature and neighbourly catch-ups into the street.
