Home values in Perth grew by just 0.1 per cent in July, as the national housing market continues to decline.
Cotality’s recent home value index shows that Perth’s median home value increased to $1.03 million in July, a marginal increase on the prior month.
The last time Perth’s dwelling values rose by just 0.1 was in November 2024.
And in December of that year, dwelling values in Perth fell by 0.2 per cent, Cotality figures show.
