Workshop session on how AI is being applied across live development projects in WA rnow. Drawing on real life project examples across the full development lifecycle — feasibility, due diligence, planning, communications, document review, and construction.
Applied and Agentic AI
Learn repeatable prompt frameworks that can be used across your business, with real-world workflow examples spanning consultants, contractors, clients, and stakeholders. Understand how AI agents can automate repetitive admin and reporting tasks while reinforcing that commercial judgement and industry expertise remain essential.
Develop skills in drafting balanced responses for sensitive or high-pressure situations and tailoring tone for councils, communities, purchasers, and consultants.
