WA projects won four categories in the prestigious Urban Development Institute of Australia awards in Melbourne on Wednesday night.

It is considered the pinnacle of achievement in the sector.

Tanya Steinbeck, chief executive of the UDIA WA, said the State’s incredible result reflects the quality and diversity of local projects.

“Not only are we so proud of these West Aussie projects, but these award winners are also a reflection of the diversity and changing face of Perth and the regions,” she said.

“Our industry is clearly leading the way when it comes to innovation, great design and of course liveability.,” Ms Steinbeck said.
