The Official Release of Stage One – Exclusive & Comprehensive Examination
The first stage of the highly-anticipated Design WA that aimed to guide the development of Western Australia’s urban landscape, was released by Planning Minister Rita Saffioti, at the UDIA WA/Western Australian Planning Commission business lunch.
Questions were asked, such as: How will the new policies impact planners, designers, architects, developers and other key stakeholders? How will they be implemented? And how do they align with other key priorities such as accommodating greater infill and density, and planning reform?
