In a recent masterclass on greenfield development in Western Australia hosted by the Urban Development Institute of Australia WA, industry veteran analyst and Research4 Director Colin Keane discussed the current market and the implications of COVID-19.

According to the research, greenfield land markets nationwide were initially heading towards a strong recovery during the March quarter, off the back of improving house prices and strong population inflows. The four Perth land sub-markets were in line with this positive trend.
