State Election: the property issues the industry wants addressed

Next Saturday March 13, Western Australia will be heading to the polls again.
It is a State Election that has been widely reported as a ‘one horse race’, as polling shows Labor on course for a potential landslide victory.
Over the last few months, property industry bodies have been releasing their election platforms, with a major focus being stamp duty reform, a rethink of the foreign buyers surcharge and cutting red tape.
