Western Australian property developer Hesperia has achieved its first EnviroDevelopment certification, with the new Rivermark residential development receiving a stamp of excellence in sustainability.

The Viveash estate on the banks of the Swan River attained full certification in the UDIA program, which helps buyers identify and choose more environmentally sustainable homes and lifestyles.

The scientifically based assessment scheme independently reviews projects and awards outstanding performance in up to six categories – ecosystems, waste, energy, materials, water and community.
