Perth’s home values continue to grow at the fastest rate of the major Australian capitals, but its rate of growth is slowing considerably.

Cotality’s recent home value index showed that home values in the Western Australian capital increased by 0.7 per cent to a $1.04 million median in June.

It represented a 0.8 per cent change in the index since May, when Perth’s home values increased by 1.5 per cent.
