It was fantastic to welcome our members back to our first industry event for 2025. Beginning the year with a bang, Tim Lawless spoke to a packed-out room to provide his outlook on Perth’s housing market.
Tim provided a comprehensive survey of Perth and WA’s housing market, contextualised within broader national trends. While there are still challenges ahead addressing supply concerns among a competitive labour market, the outlook for the WA development industry is positive with an uplift in both dwelling approvals and new commencements.
