On Friday 8 November the Hon. John Carey MLA, Minister for Planning; Lands; Housing & Homelessness and Deputy Leader of the Liberal Party and Shadow Minister for Housing; Forestry; Planning & Lands the Hon. Steve Martin MLC faced off for the Great Housing Debate, moderated by Nadia Mitsopoulos.
The debate ranged from planning policy, enabling infrastructure, government spending, and facilitating industry to address the supply crisis.
After an entertaining debate, the vote split the room for whom came out on top.
