As the sun set over the spectacular Elizabeth Quay, UDIA WA proudly launched our new Diversity & Inclusion Policy and Online Toolkit specifically designed to assist our
member organisations in developing their own policy.
Eva Zellman, Diversity & Inclusion lead at RAC WA shared her extensive knowledge and advice for organisations looking to meaningfully address diversity and inclusion. While, Tiffany Allen, UDIA WA Industry Workplace and Diversity Committee Chair and CEO of Construction Training Fund shared her perspective on UDIA WA’s role in fostering diverse and inclusive urban development industry, and the importance of introducing a Diversity & Inclusion into every workplace.
