It was a pleasure to host guests at our Industry breakfast event that explored the challenges the development industry faces, and potential solutions, to close the ever-widening affordability gap. Our speakers and panelists, Kath Snell (Shelter WA), Andrew Wallis (Stockland), Damian Collins (Westbridge Funds Management) and Brad Bairstow (Summit Homes Group) each provided valuable insights into the innovative housing and financial models available to help Australians get into their own homes.
The breakfast event also saw the physical release of the latest issue of The Urbanist alongside the 2024 Awards for Excellence Winners Showcase magazine.
