Incredible to be joined by so many guests for our Industry Breakfast this morning as we released exclusive data from Downsizer revealing the number of potential downsizers has grown 14% since 2021.
The Breakfast included a keynote presentation from Michael Blythe who said the growth was a combination of the ageing population and growing awareness about the benefits of smaller abodes, which includes the ability to free up equity from the family home.
Mr Blythe was then joined by Blackburne Managing Director Paul Blackburne and Providence Lifestyle Group Director John Wood for an interactive and engaging panel session expertly facilitated by Jane Bennett.
