Foundations of Property Development – Townhomes and Apartments provides a practical end-to-end introduction to planning, designing, assessing and delivering quality medium and higher density residential development, in infill areas and as part of new communities.

- The WA planning framework
- Site identification and due diligence
- Feasibility, financing and design fundamentals
- Navigating application processes, systems and other relevant approvals
- Built form delivery and procurement
- Infrastructure and servicing considerations
- Product positioning, sales and leasing
