WA recognised at national Awards for Excellence

The best of the industry’s best were recognised in the Urban Development Institute of Australia’s national awards last week, including three WA winners.

Curtin Heritage Living’s Cottesloe redevelopment took home top honours in the national Seniors’ Living category, for its 126 suite aged-care home and the 76 apartments, as well as a popular restaurant.

UDIA WA CEO Tanya Steinbeck said it was a sensitive redevelopment of a heritage area, seamlessly integrating old and new buildings, and setting a new benchmark for seniors’ living.
