As with most things in 2020, it has been an unusual year for property in Perth.

However, despite the doom and gloom, Perth’s housing market has bounced back strong from a COVID-19-induced cloud at the start of the year.

Record-low rental vacancies, record land sales, price rises and homes selling like hotcakes – many analysts have come out to say that Perth’s market is recovering after a long slumber.
