The Urban Development Institute of Australia (UDIA WA) has welcomed the release of the State Government’s new WA Housing Strategy given the strong focus on affordability, housing diversity and unlocking land supply across the state.

One of UDIA WA’s core policy priorities is improving liveability and creating communities that provide a diversity of housing options that cater to the needs of all within the community.
