Achieving the goals and targets identified in Part Three will be enabled by providing company policies that acknowledge and enable these desired outcomes. There are a number of policies and activities that can be progressed to help promote and enable diversity and inclusion in the workplace including (but not limited to):

- Wellbeing and health program
- Cultural training policy (e.g. Reconciliation Action Plans)
- Inclusive Leadership Development
- Gender Neutral Workplace Design
- Unconscious Bias training – recruitment and leaders
- LGBTQI inclusion
